What if there was more to Climate Change than we've been told?

Twenty-seven years after the first and only feature-length film about HAARP( High-Frequency Active Aural Research Program) Holes in Heaven? Haarp and Advances in Tesla Technology, Producer/ Director/Paula Randol-Smith returns with a shocking sequel, Forecast. Forecast will be using 1997 never before seen footage by the late plasma physicist, the inventor of HAARP. Also footage from such notable scientist such as Adam Trombly-Thrive, and Dr. Nick Begich Jr.- most noted activist , etc... Revealing the proof that our climate change is not only from The Sun, C02 and carbon emissions but is being modified with a combination of multiple heating technologies technologies all over the planet, that is destabilizing our earths atmosphere. Her first film was a critically acclaimed documentary (Netflix’s Top Doc Picks, YouTube Top Doc Picks, etc,) Paula returns to set the record straight, counter the conspiracies, and reveal the never been told story and how three of the most brilliant science and scientists such as Dr. Nikola Tesla, Dr. Bernard J. Eastlund, and Dr. Irving Langmuir technology is being used together and the commercialized space race for atmospheric communication domination, including below the oceans, for nuclear submarine communications on the ground and the energy system – of our earths electrojet for (water) and resources such as the worlds last remaining undiscovered oil.

Forecast features the award winning time-lapse nature photography of Michael Olbinski and award winning Randy Halverson, and Germany’s Jonathan Besler as well as an original score from Hungary’s multi award winning composer Peter Nanasi. Combining expert interviews, news montages, and lost history, Forecast follows Paula and her family as she visits Alaska, the Arctic, the Middle East, and Russia. Showcasing discovering 27 years high-technology and its environmental exponential growth and what are the consequences? Forecast simplifies the science while offering an uncompromising picture of the catastrophic damage geoengineering creates. Through it all, Paula recovers the suppressed hundred-year history of geoengineering, many decades of hidden corporate funding, and the modern day military applications.Over a twenty-five year period, Forecast revisits the original experts and scientists featured in Holes in Heaven, and reveals new research incontrovertibly linking extreme weather, climate change, and the rapidly expanding industry of ionospheric disruption. Part love-story, part mystery-thriller, Forecast is both an ode to brilliant scientific minds like Nikola Tesla, and Bernard Eastlund, and a stark warning to the world.

As an activist, entrepreneur, and single-mother of two autistic children, Paula promotes positive applications of atmospheric technologies. Her and her children’s first-hand experiences navigating lightning strikes that burned her home down and and multiple floods while making the movie. Inspite of it all, her unbridled enthusiasm for alternative energy systems promotes the possibility of a healthier atmosphere and brighter future. Simultaneously posing serious questions of scientific, ethical, and spiritual significance. Eschewing doom and gloom for focused optimism, Forecast expands the viewer’s mind to inspire a populist, sustainability movement.
